At Mane Glam, all products and services are custom-built and licensed exclusively for each client. For this reason, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and licensing preparation. As a result:

No cancellations, refunds, or returns are permitted under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, custom vending machines, branded components, licensed systems, digital products, and business resources.

Production timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing, shipping, or third-party factors outside of Mane Glam’s control.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a breach of agreement.

Any chargeback may result in immediate license termination, suspension of services, and potential legal action to recover damages and fees.
